Will candidates know they're talking to an agency?
No. Outreach goes out under your own name, in your voice, and candidates go straight from that to a conversation with you. We stay out of the candidate's experience entirely; the relationship is between them and your company from the first message.
How do you price it?
You invest in an approach, not a placement. What fits depends on your organisation, the number of roles, and the audience you want to reach. We scope it together in a no-obligation intro. No rate card, no pressure.
What if you can't find the right person?
Then we haven't done our job, and we'll say so early. We report the whole pipeline every week, so you're never surprised. If the market for a role is genuinely thin, you hear it from us before you've spent, not after.
Do you guarantee hires?
